Noticed changes in your body such as weight gain, thinning hair or lack of energy that you never had before?
Noticing your body is getting older and you can’t get away with what you used to do (or not do)?
Suspect that you are going through peri-menopause and not sure what to do next or if you need to do anything?
I went through peri-menopause without a guide nor any advice from my Mom. My doctors also didn't identify my symptoms as peri-menopause. I had to figure it out myself the hard way. I created this webinar so that YOU don’t need to suffer through this natural transition in the dark and so that you can be armed with the best tools to the master your health and body right now.
In this webinar, I will guide you through identifying if you’re in peri-menopause, finding you a local gynecologist who has menopause education and outlining key exercise protocols needed for the changes happening in your body.

How long is the webinar?
It takes about an hour. I presented this in October 2023 and that’s about how long it took.
Do I have to be in perimenopause to be in webinar?
Nope! In fact being informed before perimenopause is ideal. This is all the information I wish I had known prior to thinking I was crazy!
Will there be a recording?
Yes. I will email it out to everyone who purchases a seat in the zoom webinar.
Can a trainer listen in to learn for her clients?
Absolutely. The information I’ll be sharing will help you understand what you midlife female clients are going through and give you some resources on how to help them
