10 Minute Full Body Circuit: For Beginners!

For this home based workout, you just need a bench or chair (make it’s sturdy and won’t slide on you!), a set of dumbbells or cans/bottles if need be, and your body!

Complete each movement for 30 seconds and rest to transition to next movement.  Complete circuit 3-4 rounds.

1.Glute Bridges

2.Push Ups

3.Squats

4.Shoulder Press
