5 Minute Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

Looking for a simple, satisfying but speedy breakfast (or any meal!)?

In this video Coach Michelle walks us through how to make one of her go-to smoothies: Cherry Vanilla!

This smoothie provides 25g of protein and 7g of fiber.

All you need is:

1 cup cherries

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

A splash of vanilla protein milk

A handful of baby spinach

Water (amount to your consistency and texture preferences!)

Put all ingredients into your favorite blending vessel, blend up, and sip!

Coach Michelle loves that this is so fast make and even super easy to take on the go in the morning for her commute. This smoothie is delicious and nourishing which makes it satisfying way to start off the day!
